This Pendant has been hand made in the UK using polymerclay and using mica powder to create the shine. The back is covered in luxurious feeling felt, so no sticking to the skin either. It feels very light-weight considering its size. It has lots of details and the mica allows it to sparkle gloriously in any light and is a one of a kind pendant that will be a talking point whereever it is worn.
It is pictured with a waxed thread with lobster clasp, however this can be changed to a silver coloured snake chain with lobster clasp if required.

Susey Phoenixx Designs UK Jewellery Pieces are handmade in the UK, by Susey from vairous materials including Porcelain, Jesmonite, Plaster, Cement, Polymer Clay, Latex, Silicone, Copper, Pewter and silvers as well as various other materials.
Each design has either been created from scratch using a sculpted machette and/or then moulded using a silicone mould.
I use Jewellery-making as my much loved hobby and during lockdown it helped to keep me grounded etc during such a difficult time. I continue to create alternative and gothic peices to be sold on my website.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If the item is not to your satisfaction please contact me directly within 14 days and I am sure we can come to a mutually beneficial resolution. If however you feel that this is not possible, a full refund will be sent as soon as the item is returned and inspected within 14 days. This inspection ensures there are no faults or defects and that it has not been worn etc.
A refund will be issued dependent upon the inspection. The item needs to be sent special delivery tracked to my door, otherwise no refund will be possible if the item is lost in the post.

Special Delivery
Large items are sent by special delivery tracked to your door. This service is on all dresses and some smaller items depending on the item cost. A signature is required in the name of the person on the front of the parcel. This service is used on all orders over £50, and some more fragile peices. This is a 24 hr service guaranteed before 1pm the next working day.
International Orders
Please message me your location and I will research the best safest route for postage.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Making A Purchase
Prices quoted on the product page are exclusive of postage and packing, this will be added as per your location. Normally this will be the going rate for smaller items in the UK. If the item is larger or particularly valuable this will be sent Special Delivery guaranteed next day deliveryin the UK. If the item is in stock, it will be sent out the next working day. If the item is not in stock or a commision, there will be a small lead-in time for myself to handmake each item ordered, this will be communicated with you directly upon ordering the item.
When I am extremely busy with existing orders, there may come a time when I have to close my order book temporarily. This will give me time to catch up with all orders. But I will give plenty of notice if this is going to happen etc.

Interest Free Payment Plans
I have always offered Interest Free Play Plans to help my clients afford to buy things they love. These can be as little as £25 per month, depending on the total cost of the item. Once 50% of the total has been received. The materials will be ordered and set aside for you .. Once 100% of the total purchase has been received the item will be created. The item will be sent by special delivery in the UK, Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. Or other equivalent international postage

It is under my discretion whether or not I take on urgent or rushed orders, this is dependent on whether I have the time and capacity to fulfill that order.

For Latex orders:-
If this is required for a commission, a depost of £20 will be charged and then taken off the full price once ordered.
A series of questions will be asked as to your tastes and what aspects of the dress you require. A full colour illustration will then be drawn up and emailed off to you. Please do not put this illustration online until after the dress has been created. I would hate for your dress to be ripped off and copied by unscrupulous designers before it has even reached you and you have worn it to an event etc.

These items are already made up in a particular size and are classed as *Off the Peg*, Sale / Sample items are usually in this category. Sale / Sample items are non returnable ..
Alterations can be made depending on circumstances. This will be a chargeable serivce depending on what is required.
Made to Measure
These items are bespoke and made to your measurements and can take anything from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the supplier of the materials. We will endeavour to maintian contact and keep you up date of any problems or issues etc.
If you need an item urgently, it is under our discretion whether we can undertake this process, depending on how busy we are at the time of the enquiry.
Made to order latex sheeting
There are only a few companys in the UK and Europe who make patterned or textured sheet latex. Therefore these garments are more expensive than plain latex as we have to source the sheet from those companys who charge a pretty penny for a sheet of hand made and designed latex.
This extra cost is reflected in the pricing regime, as well as waiting times. These garments can take up to 6 weeks whilst waiting for the latex sheet to be hand made by the third party company. To avoid disappointment please bear in mind these extra price and time factors as they simply can not be rushed or discounted.
