Each dress is made to your measuremenrs .. so that the fit is perfect .. Therefore each dress can be customised in terms of both colour and design details .. so you can build your own style depending on your budget .. and preferences ..

If the item is not to your satisfaction please contact me directly within 14 days .. and I am sure we can come to a mutually beneficial resolution .. if however you feel that this is not possible .. a full refund will be sent .. as soon as the item is returned and inspected within 14 days for any faults or defects .. a refund will be issued dependent upon the inspection .. the item needs to be sent special delivery tracked to my door .. otherwise no refund will be possible if the item is lost in the post ..

Making A Purchase ..

Prices quoted on the product page are exclusive of postage and packing, this will be added as per your location .. Normally this will be £10.00 in the UK as its sent by Special Delivery .. There is an 3-4 week lead-in time .. As I am currently extremely busy with existing orders .. There may come a time when I have close my order book temporarily .. To give me time to catch up with those orders .. But I will give plenty of notice if this is going to happen etc ..

Once 50% of the total has been received .. The garment will be started and created for you .. Once 100% of the total purchase has been received .. The garment will be sent by special delivery in the UK .. Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm .. Or other equivalent international postage ..

A Full Colour Illustration ..

A series of questions will be asked as to your tastes and what aspects of the dress you require .. A full colour illustration will then be drawn up and emailed off to you .. Please do not put this illustration online until after the dress has been created .. I would hate for your dress to be ripped off and copied by unscrupulous designers .. before it has even reached you .. And you have worn it to an event etc ..

These items are already made up in a particular size and are classed as *Off the Peg* .. Sale / Sample items are usually in this category .. Sale / Sample items are non returnable .. 

 

Alterations can be made depending on circumstances .. this will be a chargeable serivce depending on what is required .. 

 

Made to Measure .. 

 

These items are bepoke and made to your measurements and can take anything from 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the supplier of the materials .. We will endeavour to maintian contact and keep you up date of any problems or issues etc .. 

 

If you need an item urgently .. it is under our discretion whether we can undertake this process .. depending on how busy we are at the time of the enquiry .. 

 

Made to ordere latex sheeting ..

 

There are only a few companys in the UK and Europe who make patterned or textured sheet latex .. therefore these garments are more expensive than plain latex .. as we have to source the sheet from those companys who charge a pretty penny for a sheet of hand made and designed latex .. 

 

This extra cost is reflected in the pricing regime .. as well as waiting times .. these garments can take up to 6 weeks whilst waiting for the latex sheet to be hand made by the third party company .. to avoid disappointment please bear in mind these extra price and time factors as they simply can not be rushed or discounted ..
